RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to:

within 14 days of your purchase date on all regular priced items. Product must be in its original condition to be accepted for return. We do not accept products that have been worn, altered or washed. Product needs to have all tags still intact and must be in the poly bag it came in. You can return the product in the pre-paid return bag you received with your order. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please allow 7-14 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your full refund. Email us at megan@sailonhoney.com if you have any questions.

Sail on Honey reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

SWIM RETURNS

We are unable to process returns for swimwear that has been worn, altered or washed. All swimwear returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. All swimwear that meets the return criteria above must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

If you purchased the product from a Sail on Honey dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

If you purchased the product from sailonhoney.com, please follow the following steps to process your return: THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
